Welcome to Trial of Titans. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the game and any related services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. Trial of Titans makes no guarantees regarding the reliability or availability of the game.

Trial of Titans is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the game. Access and use of the game are at your own risk.

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be posted within the game. Continued use of Trial of Titans after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
